I am a First Generation American, and I am the American Dream. My father emigrated from Cuba as a young boy, and my mother moved to the US from Puerto Rico as a baby. My parents were raised in poverty, but they worked tirelessly to make a better life themselves and their family. My father was active duty Air Force for 24 years, and he retired from the USAF in 1999. My mother worked multiple jobs throughout my childhood, and played an integral role in raising my brother and I as my father was in service to our country. My parents have been married for 48 years and together over 50 years, as they were high school sweethearts and got married shortly after my father finished basic training.

My parents instilled a strong sense of patriotism, duty and responsibility, and always emphasized the importance and power of education. As a result, I became the first member in my family's history to earn my Bachelor's and Master's degree--which were in Secondary Social Studies Education & Educational Leadership, respectively. I am proud of my family's heritage, but I am extremely grateful to be an American; having fulfilled the vision my grandparents had when they determined to move themselves and their children to this great nation for greater economic, educational, and social opportunity.

I am coming to Real Estate after 16 years in Education. I bring a passion for empowering, educating, and supporting others. My purpose and vision is be of service to others. My mission is to help buyers turn houses into homes, and assist sellers in turning properties into profit.
